3 – Receive Your Klarna Payment Link
Our team will send your invoice with a secure, Klarna-approved payment link for the first instalment. Just click on the pay by Klarna option on the invoice we send.
4 – Make Your First Payment
Complete your first payment online via Klarna’s secure checkout. You’ll then receive confirmation and your payment schedule for the remaining two instalments.
5 – Installation Completed
Once your first payment is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule and arrange the installation of your new PIV unit at your property.

Klarna Pay in 3
a. Eligibility
Klarna Pay in 3 is available for residential customers aged 18 or over, subject to approval by Klarna.
Damp Solutions UK is not responsible for Klarna’s credit decision process.
b. Payment Schedule
Your purchase will be split into three equal, interest-free payments.
The first payment is due at the time of order using the Klarna secure payment link.
Klarna will automatically collect the remaining two payments at 30-day intervals using the same payment method.
c. Order Confirmation & Scheduling
Installation will be scheduled once the first payment is successfully processed.
Failure to make the first payment may result in delays or cancellation of your booking.
d. Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel your order before installation, your first payment will be refunded via Klarna.
If installation has already taken place, standard Damp Solutions UK refund and cancellation policies apply.
Any refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Klarna.
e. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure sufficient funds are available for Klarna to collect instalments on the agreed dates.
Late or missed payments may result in fees or affect your credit rating, as determined by Klarna.
f. Disputes
Any issues with payment collection or schedules must be raised directly with Klarna.
Any issues with installation, product performance, or workmanship should be raised with Damp Solutions UK under our standard service policy.
g. Data Protection
By selecting Klarna, you consent to the sharing of your order details with Klarna to process your payment.
Klarna’s own Privacy Policy will apply to the data you provide to them.

On a recent damp inspection on a three bedroom semi detached in Glossop, our surveyor discovered mould forming on the external walls and ceiling edges in both of the front bedrooms. With our client understandably concerned, we discussed a number of possible solutions to their problem.
